Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed and delivered when you buy from our website. Merritmed Medical Supplies (Merritmed PH) ships door-to-door anywhere in the Philippines.


How many days do I wait for order processing/handling?

Merritmed PH uses Standard Shipping for all orders processed through this website. Products in stock are usually ready to ship within 1 to 3 business days upon order confirmation.


Pre-ordered products are handled for a longer period. Delivery lead times can be reviewed in another section below.

 

How much do I pay for shipping?

We charge a flat fee of PHP 89.00 for all website direct orders. Online orders are protected with a customer satisfaction guarantee in which products delivered are replaceable or fully refundable within seven (7) days upon receipt.


How long do I wait before my order arrives?

Once your order is processed, delivery lead times will vary per region.

How do I track an order?

You can track Merritmed PH orders online using the Trace & Track feature from the J&T Express website. Shipment details can be found in the e-mail address provided with your order.


Return Policy

This Return Policy describes how you can send a product back to our office for warranty claim, repair, or when an order is deemed less than satisfactory.


Do you have a warranty policy for your products?

We offer a six (6) month warranty for most of our product offers. This is extended to a period of twelve (12) months or more for technical equipment and machines.


How do I send a product back to Merritmed PH?

Our customer support will give you a custom barcode containing our return shipment information. This is sent through the e-mail address provided with your order.


Once you receive the details for return, proceed to the nearest J&T Express branch with your item properly wrapped in its original packaging. Present your barcode and hand-off your product for processing. Additional packaging material is available upon request at any J&T Express branch.


Note that return transactions will be charged by the courier service depending on your location. You can track a return shipment online using the Trace & Track feature from the J&T Express website.


What if I am not satisfied with a recent purchase?

Merritmed Medical Supplies offers a full refund should you feel in any way that your website purchase is less than satisfactory. Kindly provide this request within seven (7) days after receiving an order.
